Susan Brown brings with her a wealth of coaching and training experience from both sides of the pond over the past 10 years.

Formerly a field hockey and lacrosse coach, it was her passion for working with young athletes that inspired her to pursue a personal training certification. After working at Balance in 2010, her husband’s job led her family to temporarily relocate to the U.K. In her time abroad, Sue worked as a personal trainer at London’s top personal training studio, Revolution, specializing in working with clients in goal setting, nutrition and periodized training to revolutionize their body shape in 12 weeks.

Susan is thrilled to be back on the Balance team helping clients to achieve their goals. Her classes are dynamic, fun, and challenging. She is the Director of Group Fitness as well as the GOALS@BCH Program.
