I am always on the lookout for new salad recipes, especially this time of year when the farmers markets are over flowing with produce! My new obsession is food52.com the recipes are amazing and easy to follow. Below is the grilled romaine … a Carolla favorite.
Food52 also has a hotline that answers any “burning” questions regarding the recipes.
Another site with great salad recipes is lovemysalad.com! Lovemysalad is an interactive site that allows you to share recipes, as well as view them being prepared on You Tube! Talk about user friendly—there is a salapedia link that allows you to search for recipes with your favorite salad ingredients! It can’t get any easier to eat a healthy well balanced meal!
